Panda Express Proposes Construction of a New Restaurant in Beavercreek

The proposed 2,500-square-foot facility would have a drive-thru and a 50 space parking lot.

As first reported by the Dayton Business Journal, Panda Express is looking to expand its Dayton area restaurants. The fast casual Chinese eatery chain has proposed construction of a new restaurant in Beavercreek, to be located near The Mall at Fairfield Commons. According to information in the article, documents were submitted to the city of Beavercreek to consider approval for a new 2,500-square-foot eatery to be located at 2761 Fairfield Commons.

Further information states that the Panda Express would have a drive-thru to accommodate stacking for nine vehicles from the first point of service, along with 50 parking spaces and three ADA spaces, although there is no mention of seating capacity inside the establishment. Per the Dayton Business Journal’s reporting, the proposal has already gone through Beavercreek’s planning commission, where staff recommended to city council approval. 

What Now Columbus reached out to a representative with the fast casual Chinese restaurant chain to learn more information, including an anticipated timeline for opening the eatery, but a request for comment was not returned.
