As detailed in a recently filed permit, it appears that Peruvian sandwich shop Si Señor is looking to expand its operations to a storefront located at 4189 Weaverton Lane, in the former home of Z! Eats, in Easton Gateway. Per language in the filing, the proposed work will include interior alterations such as installing new gas pipelines for an oven, range and fryer, as well as an exhaust hood with a gas line and other mechanical and electrical work, with the projected cost for the renovations set at $20,000.

The menu features grinder sandwiches that include vegetarian options, along with soup and salads, chips and pasta salad sides and a selection of desserts.

Si Señor is owned by Guillermo Perez and the eatery currently has two locations, 1456 W 5th Ave in Upper Arlington, and 155 W Nationwide Blvd in the arena district, across the street from Nationwide Arena.

Details such as the square footage of the proposed Weaverton Lane space and seating capacity aren’t known at this time. What Now Columbus reached out to Perez to learn more about the forthcoming location, but a request for comment wasn’t immediately returned.
