Popeyes Opening New Location in Dayton This Fall

The chicken chain will soon open at the food court at The Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek.

According to recent reporting, a new Popeyes is coming to the food court at The Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek this fall, located at 2727 Fairfield Commons. International Restaurant Management Group (IRMG), a multi-brand franchise operator, is bringing the chicken franchise to the mall. 

In addition to Popeyes franchises, IRMG’s portfolio also includes Burger King, Wok-a-Holic and Kelly’s Cajun Grill, among others. According to information on its website, IRMG opened their first Popeyes franchise in North Carolina in 2016.

Popeyes formed in New Orleans in 1972 and is known for serving fried chicken, seafood, biscuits and Louisiana inspired sides, like mashed potatoes with cajun gravy and red beans and rice. Currently, there are 3,000 Popeyes restaurants in North America.
