Wild Eggs is preparing to expand into the Columbus-area dining scene with a new location planned for The Commons at Hamilton Quarter, bringing its popular breakfast and brunch concept to the growing New Albany and Gahanna corridor.
According to Columbus Business First, the Louisville, Kentucky-based restaurant brand, known for its elevated take on classic breakfast dishes, including skillets, omelets, Benedicts, and signature brunch plates made fresh throughout the day, will be located at 775 N Hamilton Rd, Columbus. The upcoming Columbus-area location will mark the brand’s continued Midwest expansion as it introduces its chef-driven brunch menu to a new market.
Wild Eggs has built a reputation for its creative menu, featuring dishes such as crab cake Benedict, chicken and waffles, breakfast burritos, and house-made specialties that blend comfort food with bold flavors. The restaurant also offers a full coffee and beverage program, making it a go-to destination for both morning dining and weekend brunch crowds.
The new location will join a growing list of national and regional tenants at The Commons at Hamilton Quarter, a retail center that continues to attract restaurant brands as the area develops into a key suburban dining hub.
An official opening date has not yet been announced, but the restaurant is expected to open as part of the center’s phased tenant rollout.
