T.Y. Fine Furniture is preparing to expand its footprint in Central Ohio with a second showroom planned for 1103 Dublin Road, near the intersection of Grandview Avenue.
The locally owned furniture retailer recently announced the expansion through a social media post on Instagram, revealing plans to bring its handcrafted furniture offerings to a new location while continuing to operate its existing Clintonville showroom.
Founded in 2004, T.Y. Fine Furniture has built a reputation for offering solid-wood, handcrafted furniture pieces. The company began in Merion Village before relocating to Clintonville in 2017, where it has continued to serve customers seeking custom and heirloom-quality furnishings.
According to the company’s announcement, customers can expect the same craftsmanship and product selection that have defined the brand for more than two decades. T.Y. Fine Furniture also shared that its High Street location will undergo a remodel and refresh alongside the opening of the new store.
While an official grand opening date has not yet been announced, the company has identified Summer 2026 as its target opening timeframe.
The new showroom will occupy the former Canine Social Club property. The longtime dog daycare and boarding business closed earlier this year after serving pet owners in the area for more than a decade.
Once open, the Dublin Road location will provide an additional destination for shoppers seeking handcrafted wood furniture while further expanding T.Y. Fine Furniture’s presence in the Columbus market.
What Now Columbus reached out for additional information regarding the expansion, but had not received a response at the time of publication.
