It appears that Arlington will be the next city to house Shakertins, a Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex chain offering elevated pub fare and an extensive bar menu. Shakertins is set to move into a former Panera Bread location at 1409 N Collins Rd. in Arlington, according to a recent project filing.
Construction on the nearly 4,400-square-foot space could kick off in May and wrap up in late summer. There’s no official word on when the Arlington Shakertins might open to the public.
With three locations operating across DFW—The Colony, Allen, and Prosper—and one on the way for Midtown in Dallas, Shakertins is expanding across the area to serve more diners.
The menu features bar bites of spinach and artichoke dip, hummus, and nachos. Wraps, signature burgers, sandwiches, and flatbreads are also offered.
The extensive bar menu includes craft cocktails such as the Blood Moon Margarita and the I Can Only Manhattan, which includes Maker’s Mark, sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters, and Grand Marnier. Craft beer and wine are also available to those 21 and up. Large groups, whether for a birthday party, corporate function, bridal shower, or other occasion, are invited to celebrate at their area Shakertins.
