A popular local hospitality group is offering Dallas diners a delicious holiday gift, in the form of a fresh, Parisian-style Bistro. Le Bistro Bar Sardine will be bringing French cuisine and delicious cocktails to Snider Plaza in late December, reports the Dallas Business Journal.

Vandelay Hospitality Group is debuting the concept in a 1,375 square foot space at 6805 Snider Plaza which formerly housed Luxury Garage Sale.

Vandelay has ensured that Dallas foodies can look forward to enjoying an authentic Parisian dining experience. The hospitality group has secured the culinary expertise of chef Elliot Azoulay, a France native who has brought his talents to Texas specifically to helm Bar Sardine’s kitchen.

Speaking of his vision for the restaurant, the École Ducasse culinary school graduate states: “I want our guests to feel like they’re in Paris for an hour and a half, two hours when they come to Bar Sardine. My dishes celebrate the simplicity and elegance of French cuisine, where each ingredient is meant to shine.”
