DFW foodies, get ready for a new taste of the old country. Dallas’s own Restaurant Works hospitality group is preparing to debut its latest concept and it will be teeming with Italian flavors.  Centralé Italia will be bringing delicious pastas and pizzas to Preston Hollow Village later this year, reports Culture Map Dallas.

The Italian concept will be taking over not one but two spaces at 7859 Walnut Hill Lane #150. Centralé Italia will be replacing Frost Gelato and Pakpao, creating ample room for the eatery to craft what will become its signature Neo-Neapolitan pizza.

Restaurant Works CEO and owner Patrick Colombo is bringing a strong love for and a healthy dose of experience with Italian food to this latest endeavor. His passion for the fare shows through in the menu-and how it’s made. Colombo states: “We’re going to be one of the first in the city to use a wood-fired pizza oven and gas and our deck will rotate.”

Future regulars can anticipate a sophisticated and charming night out once Centralé Italia opens in autumn. Colombo intends for the restaurant to capture the return of upscale dining in a way that celebrates freshly made pizzas and pastas.
