A buzzy dumpling chain that’s been inspiring a great deal of enthusiasm across the fast-casual world, is working on a new DFW location. Bafang Dumpling is bringing its delectable Taiwanese cuisine to the Carrollton Town Center in the not-too-distant future.

The expanding chain is setting up shop at 2540 Old Denton Road. Bafang Dumpling announced the upcoming location via a social media post; while the announcement did not include an opening timeline, it is listed as “coming soon”, giving future regulars reason to be optimistic. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that Bafang Dumpling will be moving into a renovated 2,500 square foot storefront.

Bafang Dumpling has been serving satisfied customers since its inception in Taiwan in 1998. The shop was started by a math teacher and his wife, and it quickly became a success through its superior pot stickers and dumplings.

Bafang Dumpling is still relatively new to the United States, with its locations all focused in California. However the brand is making an expansion push and has another DFW storefront in development in Frisco. Dallas-area foodies are certain to delight at the brand’s potstickers, dumplings, noodles, and rice dishes.
