Feng Cha is planning a third Dallas location at 9663 Webb Chapel Road, according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Franchise owner Minh Pham is behind the planned location.
Work on the shop is expected to cost $150,000 and run from November 4, 2026, to February 4, 2027. An opening date has not been announced.
What Now Dallas reached out to Minh Pham but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
Feng Cha’s website currently lists two Dallas shops: 1917 Greenville Avenue, Suite 130, and 5225 Belt Line Road, Suite 254.
Co-founders Johnny Gao and Yan Chen opened the first Feng Cha in Richardson in December 2017. The couple’s idea grew out of the time they spent at a local boba shop during college. They wanted to create a place where people could meet, relax, and spend time over drinks. The brand now reports more than 80 shops nationwide.
Feng Cha serves milk tea, fruit drinks, matcha, coffee, and blended beverages. Its menu also includes milk foam cakes, and customers can customize their drinks with boba and other toppings.
