A new Salata location will open at 4880 Eldorado Pkwy #600 by December of this year, according to franchise owner, Michael Mina. The restaurant will join other retail and restaurants as part of Frisco’s Shoppes at Eldorado.
“I was actually Salata’s first franchisee,” Michael told What Now Dallas. “I have four other locations in Texas, and am really excited about bringing Salata to the suburban market in Frisco. I think it will be a great match.”
As the name might suggest, Salata’s menu features fresh salads with over 50 toppings and a dozen signature dressings to choose from, as well as soups and specialty wraps. According to the website, Salata gives “the freedom to customize your salad or wrap however you like so you can eat, feel and live the way you want.”
