A top hospitality group is bringing Dallas diners a taste of the East Coast this autumn. Vandelay Hospitality is opening a seventh location of its beloved concept Hudson House in the West Village shopping center, reports Culture Map Dallas.
The restaurant is bringing its signature focus on seafood to 3699 McKinney Avenue, #200. The 5,600 square foot space previously housed Mexican eatery Hugo’s Invitados. Hudson House will begin greeting guests in late fall, though when precisely has not yet been announced.
Vandelay Hospitality CEO Hunter Pond is excited to introduce a new community to the distinctive Hudson House flavor. He states; “Hudson House will not only bring distinct energy and flavor to the area, but also complement the existing tenant mix by offering elevated yet approachable dining experiences.”
While Hudson House does offer a variety of sandwiches certain to delight diners alongside well-loved entrees like chicken parm and maple planked salmon, it’s the restaurant’s raw bar that truly sets it apart in a crowded hospitality landscape.
Hudson House is a relatively well-established presence in the Texas dining community. The West Village storefront will be the restaurant’s eighth location, joining the chain’s roster of eateries in Highland Park, North Dallas, Lakewood, Las Colinas, Preston Hollow, Fort Worth, and River Oaks.
