A new coffee shop is expected to open in Kaufman in late 2023. Averie Cantrell, owner of Eleanor’s Coffee Shop, hopes to open at 303 W. Mulberry St. in Kaufman in November 2023.
According to a recent project filing, the space will be remodeled from an old gas station into the new coffee shop. This will be the first location for Eleanor’s Coffee Shop.
Cantrell told What Now Dallas in an email that Eleanor’s Coffee Shop will offer specialty coffee with drive-thru service. The space will also provide a place for people to work, converse, and relax with an outdoor patio.
“I could not ask for a better market than Kaufman, Texas! I am located directly on the square and will be the only hometown coffee shop,” Cantrell said. “Plus, the community is amazing!”
