A pair of Texas favorites from a DFW hospitality powerhouse are joining forces to bring a little extra flavor to the region. Jakes Burgers and Tacos & Avocados, both restaurants helmed by the MAD Concepts Group, will be opening in Benbrook, reports Culture Map Fort Worth.

The unique “restaurant park” is being erected at the corner of Westpark Drive and Benbrook Boulevard. Both Jakes and Tacos & Avocados will feature full bars, outdoor seating, and will share an outdoor “backyard” space. A press release pertaining to the restaurants state that they will span between 4 and 5,000 square feet, with a 1.5 acre backyard “designed to foster community engagement, offering a welcome space for gatherings, outdoor entertainment, and casual dining.”

A precise opening date is not yet available, however the restaurant park appears to be on track for a spring of 2026 opening.

Jakes Burgers has been satisfying DFW diners since 1985 and now has 12 locations open and operational. While Jakes emphasizes American classics like burgers and fries, Tacos & Avocados offers a delicious take on Tex-Mex cuisine.

MAD Concepts has been making a push towards the restaurant park model. The hospitality group is opening another Jakes and Tacos & Avocados pairing in North Richland Hills and a Jakes and Split Rail Steakhouse & Grill in Saginaw.
