One of Frisco’s finest bagel shops is getting ready to serve a second helping of its delicious carbs to DFW diners. Bāgelolōgy is getting a brand-new home in Coppell, and the build-out is underway-news certain to delight area foodies.
A March 31 social media post on Bāgelolōgy’s Facebook page shows that the shell is up for the 1540 S Belt Line Road storefront. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation states that the space will provide the concept with 1,700 square feet in which to greet and serve customers.
Bāgelolōgy is the passion project of Ameira Olayan and Fadia Anani. The dynamic duo opened their initial bagel shop in Frisco in the summer of 2022. Bāgelolōgy has been enormously successful with local diners, thanks in part to Olayan and Anani’s bagel education. Once the two decided to open their storefront, they committed to learning how to best make the beloved food. Anani previously explained to Culture Map Dallas: “We have a lot of love for bagels. We went to New York and New Jersey to learn the best way to make them.”
Bāgelolōgy customers can select from a range of bagel flavors, including cinnamon raisin, garlic, everything, and Italian herb and cheese, among several others. The eatery also features a selection of spreads and several lunch and breakfast sandwich options.
While a definitive opening date is not yet available for Bāgelolōgy’s new Coppell home, locals should be able to enjoy the concept’s delectable fare before the year is out. Ownership was kind enough to confirm to What Now Dallas that they are hoping to be customer-ready by November or December.
