A new year means a new location for one of the DFW’s top ramen shops. Ten Ramen, now under the ownership of busy hospitality group Vandelay Companies, is opening its second location in West Village next year, reports Culture Map Dallas.

Ten Ramen is breathing a very new life into its upcoming 3699 McKinney Avenue #107 home. The storefront housed Cru Food & Wine Bar until its closure this August. The 1,480 square foot restaurant will be able to seat 28 guests in its dining room and another 7 visitors at the full service bar.

Ten Ramen has been a beloved fixture of the DFW dining scene since its debut in West Dallas in 2015. Vandelay, which acquired the restaurant earlier this year, has no intentions of messing with success. CEO Hunter Pond explains: “We haven’t touched the recipes, they’re perfect just as they are. After many months under our ownership already, it remains clear that the magic is in the food, the service, and the experience. Our goal with this new location is simple: bring what we feel is the best ramen in Dallas to more people, in a space that feels both fresh and familiar.”

West Village visitors will be able to sample the menu developed by founder Chef Teiichi Sakurai in spring of 2026. Future regulars can look forward to indulging in delicious dishes including Shoyu, Tonkotsu, and Lobster Ramen.
