It appears that a Nothing Bundt Cakes is opening a Mesquite storefront. A recent project filing states the bakery will open in a nearly 2,500-square-foot space at 1519 N Town East Blvd., possibly sometime this fall.

The filing lists the tenant at Tien Pham, who also owns Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise locations in Arlington and Dallas-White Rock. Nothing Bundt Cakes offers sweet treats for all occasions including birthdays, graduations, wedding showers, and more. The Bundt-iques in stores across the area offer party supplies, serving dishes, and gifts for various occasions.

A variety of Bundt cake flavors topped with the brand’s signature cream cheese frosting are offered in 8-inch or 10-inch sizes, plus tiered with multiple cakes, and can be left plain or decorated. Other offerings include Bundtlets, which are individually packaged, personal cakes, plus Bundtinis, which are smaller cakes that can be purchased by the dozen. Flavors include red velvet, chocolate, lemon, confetti, and carrot, to name a few.

Founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz first began baking their flavorful Bundt cakes in their Las Vegas home kitchens in 1997. The brand now has more than 430 locations across the U.S. and Canada, according to the Nothing Bundt Cakes website.
