Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse is adding a location at 2801 Heritage Trace Parkway by April 2024, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The filing outlines $1.1M renovations to the 5,958 square-foot space, including the addition of an exterior patio.
With just over 20 locations, Parry’s has brought New York-style pizza to areas of Arizona, Colorado and Texas. According to the website, the 16-year-old restaurant was “born in Colorado, raised on New York-style pizza and craft beer.” The menu reflects this heritage with pizza, wings, fried dough and a steady rotation of craft beers with most Parry’s locations featuring as many as 70-100 taps.
The restaurant describes its interior vibe as a “unique, industrial New York warehouse feel” that will remain consistent even as they grow. The restaurant has plans to expand to Nevada’s Las Vegas Strip.
