Birdcall, a restaurant serving all-natural chicken, is planning another location in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. “We are excited to share that we will be opening a Birdcall restaurant in Richardson at 507 W Belt Line Rd. We currently do not have a hard open date but expect to have the restaurant open sometime in Q3 of 2023,” said Sarah Shepard, Director of Marketing.

“The entire Birdcall team is extremely excited to be expanding into the DFW area next year kicking it off with our first restaurant opening in Carrollton at the end of January/early February,” Shepard said in an email with What Now Dallas. The 2,700-square-foot space in Richardson must undergo some renovations before opening to the public, according to a project filing.

The Birdcall menu offers 100% all-natural ingredients. A variety of fried chicken sandwiches, which can be swapped for grilled chicken or a vegetarian option, plus salads and tenders. Sides include fries, tots, chips, and more. Beer, wine, and cocktails are also available, plus a variety of tasty shakes.

“We look forward to bringing our high-quality natural chicken and continuing to be heavily involved in giving back to the communities in which we operate,” Shepard said.

Founded in Denver in 2016, Birdcall now has more than half a dozen locations across Colorado and one in Arizona. “Integral to our mission as a restaurant is innovating technology to serve you, our beloved guests, efficiently while offering nutritious, all-natural foods. At Birdcall, it’s as much about the nutrient-rich salads as it is the crispy chicken sandwiches,” stated the Birdcall website.
