Vandelay Hospitality Group is reimagining a Dallas favorite from the 1990s. The restaurant group plans to open Slider and Blues at Snider Plaza in University Park. Slider and Blues will open in the former space of another Vandelay concept, Lucky’s Hot Chicken.

Slider and Blues will feature food, games, and entertainment for all ages and group sizes. Guests can reserve party packages to host birthday celebrations, team events, and more.

Or, guests can enjoy lunch or dinner from a menu featuring a variety of items. Sliders, all beef hot dogs, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and a variety of sides are on the menu. Loaded cheese fries, onion rings, and tater tots are options. Sodas, draft beer, a skinny margarita, plus malts and shakes will be offered.

Slider and Blues will be located at 6309 Hillcrest Ave. in Dallas and could open in late 2022 or early 2023. According to the Slider and Blues website, hiring is currently underway.
