Urban Egg to Crack Into the Fort Worth Dining Scene

The breakfast restaurant will make its Lonestar State debut this summer.

Tarrant County diners, get ready for a fresh way to start the day off right. Urban Egg, a restaurant dedicated to serving the most important meal of the day, is preparing to serve Fort Worth breakfast later this year.

The concept will be making its Texas debut at 2828 North Tarrant Parkway, #100. According to paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, work is set to begin on the project on Mar 10, 2025 and should wrap by May 26 of this year. Once completed, the renovation will provide Urban Egg with 3,800 square feet to serve and greet guests. According to the company website, the restaurant will be opening this summer. 

Owned and operated by the Rocky Mountain Restaurant Group, Urban Egg is committed to serving delicious breakfasts from premium ingredients. The company’s website explains: “Love gourmet pancakes? We’ve got ’em. Eggs Benedict more your style? You’re in luck. Heard we have amazing morning cocktails? Yes, it’s true. And they’re awesome. We’re bringing our A-game to the dining scene.”
