Perfect Balanced Life, the local wellness center with an extensive menu designed to enhance overall well-being, plans to expand to a second location. According to public filings, the center plans to open at 31 N. Elm St., where a 1,300-square-foot interior remodel is currently planned with completion date targeted for October 2026.
Perfect Balanced Life describes itself as a wellness and health center offering massage, facials, waxing, sauna, detox foot baths, hypnotherapy, frequency therapy, energy therapy, and a beverage bar. The center’s spans rejuvenating massages, soothing facials, infrared sauna sessions, body wraps, and holistic treatments including energy work and nutritional support.
What Now Dallas tried to reach founders Tracie and Brian Olson but did not receive a response prior to press time.
The center currently operates out of 422 E. I-30, Suite D, also in Royse City. The N. Elm St. address places Perfect Balanced Life in downtown Royse City, broadening its reach within one of the Dallas-Fort Worth metro’s fastest-growing suburban communities.
The expansion places Perfect Balanced Life in an area that has seen increasing interest from small businesses and wellness-focused concepts in recent years. Positioned just off the I-30 corridor, the downtown district has been gradually evolving as residential growth across the broader Rockwall County area brings more demand for local services, walkable amenities, and boutique health and lifestyle offerings.
The new location gives the wellness center a more central footprint within the community it already serves, while expanding its visibility in one of the city’s primary commercial and historic zones.
