Japanese-Spanish fusion concept, Salvaje, is set to open a location at 1717 McKinney Avenue in Dallas in late 2024, the brand’s CPO, Martina Maione confirmed with What Now Dallas.
Salvaje is an upscale restaurant with thirteen locations across the globe that bring out what the website calls “the wild side of the Japanese cuisine.”
Salvaje creates an environment where the website says “the careful fusion of traditional and design, quality and lifestyle intertwine to offer a unique culinary experience.”
Chef Fermin Azkue is the mind behind the concept, bringing his expertise in gastronomic creations to create an unparalleled menu in its uniqueness. He partners with head bartender Borja Goikoetxea who won Best Barman of Spain in 2019.
Salvaje’s upscale, unique menu is matched by incredible interiors that offer perhaps the most singular dining experience available. Learn more and catch a glimpse of the incredible designs to come at www.slvj.es/en
