Spooky season is creeping in early for Denver. The city’s iconic 13th Floor Haunted House is returning for its 18th season. Opening September 6 and running on select dates through November 9, the event is recognized as one of the nation’s premier haunted attractions.

Denver’s 13th Floor Haunted House Returns for Eighteenth Season
The experience kicks off with The Legend of the 13th Floor, plunging guests into the eerie world of Mr. Hallows as they step into an elevator inside his forbidden lair. It continues with Twilight of the Damned, an asylum cursed by a vengeful witch who has trapped the residents in madness.
Guests then enter The Blood Shed, home to The Carver, a deranged butcher with a taste for terror. he experience continues with Trick ‘r Treat at Verse Immersive, where guests step into a terrifying new reality and encounter Sam himself.
Based on the cult-classic film, the attraction unfolds haunting tales where every choice shapes the guest’s fate. The fan-favorite Trick or Treat Night returns the Sunday before Halloween, giving guests a festive twist on the frights.
“I couldn’t be more excited for 13th Floor Denver’s 18th season,” said General Manager Bryan Kopp. “We’re introducing some terrifying variations to our classic icon characters as well as adding brand-new characters to go along with our new attraction themes this year,” he said.
“We’ve added some jaw-dropping new scenes to our two indoor attractions that I can’t wait for guests to experience, but I’m even more excited for everyone to visit our two brand new, massive experiences we’ve added to the midway,” he added.

Expanded Attractions for 2025
Beyond the main haunts, the 13th Floor midway packs in plenty of extras to keep the thrills going. For an adrenaline rush, guests can let the tiki totem at The Sacred Skull unveil a drink tailored to their spirit, and go to No Name’s Clown Chaos maze with an eerie soundtrack in the background.
Guests can book private RIP Cabanas in Goth or Beetle themes for drinks, axe throws, and meet-and-greets with iconic characters. Hidden bars like Shot Spot Arcade and The Attic serve specialty cocktails for those who dare to discover them.
Tickets
Ticket prices are dynamic and may increase as event dates get closer. General admissions will start at $19.99. For upgrades and other premium options, the guests can opt for a Fast Pass for an additional $10. It reduces the wait time significantly.
For Skip the Line, there is an additional charge of $20 to bypass the queue. The event also offers a Platinum Upgrade, featuring priority entry and exclusive access perks. Pricing for this upgrade is still to be announced.
Other such passes include the Respawn Pass to re-enter the main attraction, the Bar Combo Pack for access to all three bars at a discount and Digital Photo Album Access, where guests can download all event photos taken during the visit.
