The real estate development group The Broe Group has announced that it will be breaking ground with its new $150 million development in Cherry Creek North, a neighborhood located 5 minutes from Downtown Denver.
The new development is set to be eight stories high, 76,000 sq. ft, and is going to be a mixed-used building that also houses Class A office spaces. The building is set to be built on 200 Clayton St., near a lot of shopping and bustling restaurants.
GH Phipps is the general contractor of the project while Denver CBRE’s Blake Holcomb and Brian Hutt will be in charge of leasing within the building. The groundbreaking will begin August of 2021.
“Cherry Creek North’s future is bright,” according to Cherry Creek’s official website. “More residential mid-rises, luxury hotels and state-of-the-art office buildings are developing throughout the district. In the last five years alone, residential units have increased.”
