Tag Restaurant Group, helmed by Chef Troy Guard, announced that the third and largest location of their Boozy Brunch Joint, HashTAG, is opening on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 1125 17th Street. More than just a brunch spot, this new restaurant has a rooftop patio, extended hours, and a lively atmosphere for lunches, happy hours, and more.

HashTAG has built a strong reputation in Central Park and Highlands Ranch for its vibrant atmosphere, energetic music, boozy brunch cocktails, and Chef Guard’s creative spin on brunch favorites. In addition to a brand new happy hour menu and updated lunch options, the downtown location will feature menu staples like Eggs Benedicts, Chilaquiles, Big Cast-Iron Cinnamon Roll, Biscuits & Gravy, and platter-sized HashTAG Hotcakes in a variety of seasonal and signature flavors.
