A new Neapolitan pizzeria, 707 Pizza Co., is set to open this spring at Colorado College’s Robson Arena. Springs Mag announced that local restaurateurs are opening the eatery on the school’s campus, at 849 N Tejon St.
The eatery will offer a menu featuring Neapolitan pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, salads, and a full bar. Construction is currently underway at the space, which is taking up an empty shell at the college’s arena. Students will be able to use their Gold Card at the business.
It will feature a modern interior, with a two-story ceiling, mezzanine level, and interactive tables that allow guests to browse menus, play games, and place orders on large touchscreen displays. Architectural firm 308 LLC is working on the project, its website shows.
707 Pizza Co. is inspired by California Wine Country, where the owners Kristina and Kevyn Bradley spent many years living and working. Its name references the area code for Napa, Sonoma, Lake, and Mendocino counties. The mother-and-son team is originally from Colorado, and opened up Penrose Pizzeria & Pub upon moving back to the state a few years ago.
