If you’re familiar with bottomless mimosas, you might be blown away by The Hampton Social’s “rosé all day” mantra. The brainchild of Brad Parker’s Parker Hospitality, The Hampton Social is an upscale, nautical-themed slice of Long Island’s summer colony. With a handful of locations already operating throughout the U.S., including Illinois, Florida, and Tennessee, THS is now gearing up for its Denver debut.

The Hampton Social’s Denver location will open at the former Ale House (2501 16th St Denver, CO 80211), which sadly closed in April after residual pandemic-related struggles. As reported by the Denver Post, the eatery should open sometime next year

The 16th street space has two stories and an unmistakable rooftop patio with sweeping views. Parker Hospitality leased the 7,800-square-foot space for 10 years and has plans to expand the rooftop terrace to accommodate year-round operations.

Regarding The Hampton Social’s offerings, customers can expect “15 different rosés…including bottles from France, Italy, and California, plus a half-off bottle of rosé special during happy hour, and its signature Hampton Frosé, which is served in a giant seashell glass.”

THS will also serve “coastal cuisine,” spicy rigatoni, smash burgers, and brunch items like monkey bread and bananas foster French toast, amongst many other classic and creative culinary creations.

Brad Parker says Parker Hospitality may open more concepts in Cherry Creek and the mountains.
