Denver’s high-end sushi scene is about to get a new addition, as the hospitality team behind SYC Concepts has announced yet another restaurant in the works. Called Sushi 37, the eatery was first teased by Denver Food Scene.
A representative for SYC Concepts divulged to What Now Denver that it will be situated in the upscale Cherry Creek North neighborhood. It will share a space with SYC Omakase (which we covered last week), with sushi downstairs and omakase in the upper loft.
The eateries are expected to open this winter, and the team is preparing to start the hiring process. An address has not been announced yet, but more details regarding the concepts will be announced soon.
Sushi 37 and SYC Omakase are just two of the projects SYC Concepts has in motion right now. The hospitality group, an offshoot of One Concept Restaurant Group, is also getting ready to open a restaurant called Blossom in LoHi and is in the early stages of development for an eatery called Yuzu by SYC.
