The Asian-Hispanic fusion restaurant brand Zero Degrees is planning a location in Lakewood. The restaurant will be located at 98 Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80226, according to leasing intel.

Zero Degrees’ signature drink, the Mangonada, features a mango slush with chamoy, Tajin, and fresh mango chunks. Other slushes include Pink Lychee and Watermelon.

Camo Series menu items include Camo Thai, which is a blended Thai Tea with signature CAMO brulee and crushed Oreos, and the Strawberry Cheesecake with a creamy strawberry blend and CAMO brulee. Zero Degrees also features a variety of coffees and teas.

If you’re looking for a “hot” snack, Zero Degrees has them. The XXTRA Flamin Hot Cheetos Elotes or the Cheddar Jalapeno Elotes can add some spice to your day. Other snacks include wings, chicken tenders, crispy shrimp, and fries.

The Hau Group, LLC will operate the new Lakewood location, but there is no word, yet, on when it will open to the public. The Hau Group, LLC operates another Zero Degrees franchise at 1390 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver. There are two other Colorado Zero Degrees locations—one in Aurora and a second in Thornton.

Marissa Visconsi with Phillips Edison & Company worked on the leasing transaction.
