Colorado distillery Stranahan’s is marking its 20th anniversary by expanding to a new location in the mountain town of Aspen. The business is opening Stranahan’s Whiskey Lodge at 307 S Mill St. soon, according to The Denver Post.

Stranahan’s Whiskey Lodge is a tasting room that will offer an immersive experience in the world of American single malt whiskey. Its warm and inviting atmosphere and breathtaking views will make it the ideal destination for locals and visitors alike.

In addition to the company’s unique spirits, the kitchen at Stranahan’s Whiskey Lodge will offer a thoughtfully curated menu with alpine-inspired bites — Colorado lamb flatbread, whiskey-smoked wagyu brisket, and house-made pasta.

The brand is known for its rich history and commitment to crafting exceptional spirits. It was founded in 2004 by a volunteer firefighter, and its beginnings were in the Aspen area. This location will take over the former Aspen Pie Shop space.
