Yummy Hot Pot and Dumpling is preparing to open a new location in Greenwood Village — its third in the metro area. Liquor licensing records show the chain is moving forward with expansion efforts, applying to sell alcohol at the address 8181 E. Arapahoe Road, Unit C.

A liquor license application was submitted on June 16 and approved last month. The business is registered under Yummy DTC Inc., with Qiang Meng listed as the sole officer and shareholder, city records show.

Community posts from a few months ago were the first sign of the chain possibly coming to the area. A resident shared that the company was taking over the former space of Tocabe; that location of the native food spot closed to customers in 2023.

The two Yummy locations that are currently open are at 10350 Federal Blvd #400 and 2500 W. Alameda Ave. Both other all-you-can-eat experiences with prices starting at $27 per person. Its menu features a wide selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, soups, noodles, and dumplings.
