While Boulder and Lakewood stores move toward opening, Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is also preparing to bring the brand to Castle Rock. A local franchisee is working on securing a location to open a new store in the city, a press release details.

Franchisee Beth Deasy told What Now Denver that she has been looking at a particular site, but cannot confirm the exact address yet. She did say, however, that it’s in a developing part of the city and would likely be a new build project.

Deasy is working on multiple developments at once; she is also in the pre-opening phase for a Belmar store and a Boulder location, which PR Newswire first broke the news of. What Now Denver covered both of those announcements and spoke with her about the exciting plans she has in the works.

“I’m really excited about the opportunity to be a part of the growth of Castle Rock and offer a really nice coffee shop location that would serve the needs of the community,” she said.

While the shop will be Deasy’s third location to open, she expressed interest in continuing to grow beyond that, saying she’d be open to operating up to nine stores. Her LinkedIn shows that she will run the businesses under the entity Peaks to Waves LLC.
