A fast-casual Asian fusion restaurant will open at Arvada’s new food hall, Freedom Street Social. This will be the first Colorado location for Balance Pan-Asian Grille, which has multiple locations in Ohio.

Balance Pan-Asian Grille co-founder Prakash Karamchandani told What Now Denver he is excited to bring the concept to Arvada. Karamchandani explained that Freedom Street Social founder, Nick Costanzo, wanted a Toledo, Ohio concept at the food hall.

“He’s actually from Toledo, and Freedom Street is named after the street he grew up on,” Karamchandani explained. “He really wanted a piece of Toledo in there, so we talked to him, worked it out, and made it happen.”

Balance Pan-Asian Grille serves clean meals as either a bowl or a taco, and all ingredients are prepared daily. “Then sauces contain all the flavor. They come with inspiration from all over Asia-China to Japan, Korea to Indonesia, Philippines, down to India.” The sauces are served on the side.

“We’re just super excited to be there and thankful for the opportunity. We are excited to show the people of Denver and Arvada what Balance is all about,” Karamchandani said.

The goal is to bring more Balance Pan-Asian Grille locations to Colorado. “If it’s well-received, we’d love to continue to grow.”

Balance Pan-Asian Grille is expected to open at Freedom Street Social in late July. Freedom Street Social is located at 15177 Candelas Pkwy., Arvada, CO 80007.
