Colorado’s own spicy sensation, Blazing Bird, has made significant strides lately in its expansion efforts. According to Naked Denver, the local chain is prepping for the opening of its seventh location at 550 Broadway St., right off of Speer in one of the busiest parts of town.

The site is on a high-traffic corner and was formerly home to Noodles & Company. Owner Artem Muradyan confirmed to What Now Denver that the business signed a 10-year lease and is in the final stages of preparation and training at the location.

“Patience is a virtue,” he shared. “We are very excited to be at this Broadway location.”

Blazing Bird has become a go-to for Nashville hot chicken lovers, with six levels of spiciness. In addition to its signature sandwiches, the menu features wings, smash burgers, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, mac and cheese, and fried sides like pickles and jalapeños.

Muradyan started the business in Arvada in February 2021. The fast-growing concept has grown to include locations in Westminster, Aurora, Englewood, Downtown Denver, and a Lakewood outpost that opened last week.
