When Roth’s Sea & Steak opens in November at Ford Amphitheater, it will come with a stylish upstairs companion. Brohan’s Bar, an accompanying rooftop cocktail lounge at 95 Spectrum Lp, will offer bold pours and even better views, the venue’s website promises.

With panoramic views of the stage and the sprawling mountain range, Brohan’s will be the chic spot to grab a drink on-site. It will sit atop the fine dining restaurant and have an impressive selection of more than 150 top-shelf bourbons.

The bar is part of Venu Holding Corporation’s Sunset Hospitality Collection, which also includes Roth’s Sea & Steak and other high-end hospitality ventures at the Ford Amphitheater campus. The company is currently hiring a Bar Manager to lead the team, job postings show.

Ford Amphitheater opened last summer. The 8,000-seat outdoor concert complex is operated in partnership by AEG Presents Rocky Mountains. The $90 million facility has 90 luxury VIP suites and boxes with fire pits. It was previously coined the Sunset Amphitheater, before a partnership with Ford formed.
