Ziggi’s Coffee chain is building a new shop in Broomfield. Planning Manager Lynn Merwin with the City and County of Broomfield Lynn Merwin told What Now Denver that construction is ongoing at the 8860 W 116th Cir. site.
Project documents show that Ziggi’s is developing a 624-square-foot single-story property with a drive-thru and exterior seating options. It will be a “wood framed building, clad predominantly with a synthetic stucco finish system accented with horizontal steel siding at accent walls and stone wainscot throughout,” records state.
Merwin told the publication that the location is expected to open in late 2023 and that MAH Architectural Group is working on the project.
Ziggi’s Coffee is a popular cafe-style brand, with a delicious menu of coffee, smoothies, teas, sandwiches, and pastry options. It’s a Colorado-based company, that started out of Longmont.
