C Burger by Half-Eaten Cookie Hospitality is cooking up a new spot in Boulder. While there is not an exact address released as of yet, the location is listed as “coming soon” on the C Burger website.

C Burger has one existing location at 200 W Belleview Avenue in Englewood. The Boulder spot will be the second location for the brand.

C Burger is one of several restaurant concepts under the hospitality group founded in 2010 by Bryan Dayton.

“Since establishing roots in 2010, Dayton and his team have strived to transcend boundaries, surpass expectations, and deliver excellence in hospitality,” the Half-Eaten Cookie website reads. “Each concept is unique and has been developed with intention — without the pretension — and pays tribute to Colorado’s unmatched bounty.”

C Burger serves certified, organic, locally-sourced beef. It also aims to use sustainable practices by sourcing from partners that practice regenerative ranching, which revives grazing lands, promotes soil health and captures carbons.

The menu offers a variety of burgers, including the classic CBurger cheeseburger with cburger sauce, the Englewood cheeseburger with bacon and BBQ sauce and the portobello mushroom burger. Golden potato fries are offered as a side, and add-ons such as an extra patty or green chili sauce are available for the burgers on the menu.

As of now, the timeline for opening the new location is unclear.
