A new eatery with healthy options and ties to the local art community will be taking over the Jarhead Coffee space at 5965 N. Academy Blvd. Treehouse Cafe is the name of the new business that is in the works, according to Springs Mag.

Posts from the company show that keys to the property were handed over in late September, and October was spent picking out paint, getting cafe supplies, and starting construction.

Treehouse Cafe’s slogan is “where health meets community in a delightful blend of flavors and connections.” The menu options include things like waffles, bagels, toasts, sandwiches, bowls, and wraps.

The company’s founder, Sarah Grant, also runs a business called The Rooted Herbalist. She is certified in many areas of holistic lifestyle, from Reiki and Reflexology to Yoni Herbal Steam and Crystal Healing.
