Runway 35 North, the burgeoning mixed-use development at Interstate-70 and Central Park Blvd., has a proposed new tenant. CAVA, Mediterranean veggie bowl concept, submitted a concept plan for a restaurant at 8928 E 46th Ave.

Records show that the brand, which has a Chipotle-style assembly line of ingredients, wants to build a 2,500-square-foot drive-thru facility and parking lot. There will be 13 parking spaces for the building.

It will be taking over Parcel 3 of the Runway 35 North center. A number of businesses are expected, and those that have already opened include In-N-Out and Raising Cane’s.
