A new gourmet charcuterie business, Graze Craze, is preparing to open its doors this summer in downtown Loveland at 610 N. Cleveland Ave, according to NoCo Style. It will be on the ground floor of The Collection, a luxury condominium building between Lincoln and Cleveland avenues.

Franchise owners Emily Luth and Therese Cinotto are behind the venture, which marks the brand’s first location in Northern Colorado. They are currently in the construction phase and anticipate opening by the end of August, pending final inspections, the brand told What Now Denver. The team plans to hire one to two part-time “Grazologists”.

Graze Craze specializes in customizable charcuterie boards, picnic boxes, and grab-and-go lunches for events and everyday occasions, its website shows. The Loveland storefront will include a small lobby for ordering, tastings, and pickup. Delivery will also be available.

The location will be the first commercial tenant at The Collection. It is already listed with the Loveland Chamber of Commerce and joins a nationwide network of Graze Craze shops, with many more across the country listed as “coming soon”.

Cinotto and Ruth are both Colorado State University graduates. Cinotto brings over a decade of experience in health care and education, including time as a professor at Keiser University; Luth has a background in fine arts and nonprofit development, having worked for institutions like the Seattle Art Museum and Rocky Mountain Conservancy. They both now live in Estes Park.
