Denver favorite Brider will serve its last meal on Thursday, October 23, 2025, marking the end of a decade-long run on Platte Street. Brider Bids Farewell to Denver After 10 Years
Chef-driven fast-casual spot Brider will serve its last lunch on Thursday, October 23, at Platte Street. It was founded by chefs Steve Redzikowski and Bryan Dayto in 2015. The restaurant was opened as a sibling eatery to other spots like Acorn and OAK at Fourteenth.
Brider’s kitchen crafted every dish from scratch, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients in every plate. Locals lined up for seasonal soups, fresh salads, and Brider’s signature rotisserie dishes.
The beverage program, led by Bryan Dayton, featured craft beer, wine, cocktails, and Boxcar Roasters nitro coffee.
Guests can also enjoy house-made kombucha, ginger beer, and root beer. Thanks to its thoughtful menu and drinks, Brider became a Platte Street staple for Denver diners over the past decade.
Brider Shares Farewell Message with Locals
Brider announced the closure of the restaurant in a social media post. It thanked diners for the support they have shown over the years.
“It’s with a heavy heart that we announce we will be closing after 10 wonderful years on Platte Street. Thank you all for dining with us and letting us cater your important moments,” the post read.
The restaurant also invited the community to enjoy their favorite dishes one last time before the final lunch. “Last day of lunch service will be Thursday October 23rd so come get your favorites while you still can,” the post concluded.
