Street Eats by Chef Brother Luck will be one of the new eateries at the Colorado Springs Airport, the Gazette reports. The location, at 7770 Milton E Proby Pkwy., offers an exciting opportunity to eat the food of the James Beard Award-nominated professional.

Brother Luck is an esteemed chef who trained in Japan and went on multiple television cooking competitions: Chopped, Top Chef, and Beat Bobby Flay (which he won). He has also appeared in Food and Wine Magazine and on The Rachael Ray Show and The Today Show.

He settled in Colorado Springs and currently owns a number of restaurants: Four by Brother Luck, The Studio, along with the coming Street Eats. Luck also used to own the now-defunct Lucky Dumpling and Folklore Irish Pub.

There used to be a Street Eats in Old Colorado City, but that location closed. The concept includes dishes inspired by street food Luck has enjoyed from all over the world.
