Chicken Salad Chick is officially on its way to the Denver Tech Center, where a franchisee is preparing to open a new restaurant at 5322 DTC Blvd #100 in Greenwood Village. According to the location’s social media pages, its planned debut is in March.

“IT’S HAPPENING!!!” the brand wrote. “Our location is in Village Plaza off DTC pkwy next to Illegal Pete’s. We are submitting for permitting and hoping to be open early 2026. Stay posted for all of our updates on construction and pop-ups in DTC.”

Posts from October and November show equipment removal, prepping for early demo work, and a first look at the future dining room renderings. The space previously housed Cafe Palooza, which served sandwiches, pizzas, and Greek, Latin, and Mediterranean dishes.

Maureen McFerson is the owner of the location. She is also the franchisee for Chicken Salad Chick’s Aspen Grove location, which opened last year, Westword writes. McFerson has also been teasing on social media that Castle Rock and Parker stores are coming in the future as well.

Founded in 2008, the company has since grown to over 300 locations in 22 states. The concept is the nation’s only fast-casual brand dedicated solely to chicken salad, offering a dozen scratch-made flavors along with sandwiches, sides, soups, and desserts.
