The newest Chicken Salad Chick in the Centennial State will be a Johnstown location, according to Retro 102.5. The hearty chain is constructing a building for the store at 4884 Larimer Parkway.
Photos show that the work is in progress at the site, which is in a developing shopping complex located off two major highways. It’s in the northern part of Johnstown, to the east of Loveland.
This is the second location of a five-unit deal made with franchisee Jessica Zumbrun. The first store, in Greeley, opened in the spring of this year. Zumbrun is searching for other locations in Northern Colorado that will be a good fit for the brand.
Chicken Salad Chick is a fast-casual restaurant that serves Southern-style foods. The chain has more than 225 locations across the country, and is focused on Colorado for growth.
