Famed Southern chain Chicken Salad Chick is moving into Windsor’s East Pointe Business Park as part of its latest expansion. The company will be setting up shop at a property located at 475 E. Main St.

The upcoming restaurant will have a drive-thru and dining room, totaling 2,600 square feet. It is in the plaza that houses Baskin-Robbins, Dog Haus, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, and Windsor Craft Cooler.

Franchisee Jessica Zumbrun announced plans for a late spring opening at the location. She and David Zumbrun signed a development deal for five Northern Colorado stores. Having opened their first location in Greeley, they now look forward to introducing Chicken Salad Chick’s unique offerings to Windsor’s growing population.

The company offers a delectable menu known for its variations of chicken salad meals. The menu has made-from-scratch salads, sides, soups, and sandwiches. A Southern-style concept, it was started in Alabama.
