Colorado Springs residents and visitors will have a new Italian restaurant to enjoy this summer. The Old Spaghetti Factory is opening a location at First & Main Town Center in the former spot of Fox & Hound, according to an article in The Gazette.
Every entrée at The Old Spaghetti Factory is part of a three-course meal. Diners receive bread with soup or salad, the entrée, and then a scoop of vanilla or spumoni ice cream as dessert. Choice of entrées include lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs, and chicken parmigiana to name a few.
The Old Spaghetti Factory in Denver shuttered its doors in 2018, but a Westminster location remains open to serve diners. The Colorado Springs location at 3101 New Center Point Dr. is expected to open sometime in mid- to late-summer.
The Italian family-owned, Portland-based restaurant chain was founded by Guss and Sally Dussin in 1969 and now has more than three dozen locations across the U.S.
