Onefold, a breakfast and lunch concept with two Denver locations, is adding a third venue in Greenwood Village. According to the Denver Business Journal, the company will open next spring at 5960 S. Holly St.

The space is a 3,000-square-foot commercial building with an additional 1,000-square-foot patio outside, and plenty of parking. Onefold signed a 10-year lease agreement for the property, which is close proximity to the busy Denver Tech Center.

Mark Nery, owner of Onefold, told What Now Denver that construction will be starting soon and he hopes to open in the first few months of 2024. There will be some renovation work done to the space, which was formerly the Dusty Boot eatery. He anticipates having about 15 to 20 employees at the new location.

Onefold has received many awards for its food, including Travel and Leisure’s The Very Best Breakfast Spots in the U.S., Thrillist’s Best Restaurants in Denver 2017, Denver Westword’s Best New Restaurants in Denver, and Zagat’s 10 Best Brunches in Denver.
