Jack’s, the family-owned steakhouse led by Steve Lockton, is expanding into Lone Tree with a new two-story restaurant at 9155 Park Meadows Drive. The eatery, which has a flagship in Platt Park, will be located at the site of the former Mimi’s Café, according to city records.

Construction is underway, with the restaurant projected to open on December 8, a representative told What Now Denver. The 5,700-square-foot indoor space will have a first floor dedicated to private events, with a full bar with a capacity for 175 guests. Upstairs, there will be two private dining rooms.

Menu offerings at the Lone Tree location will feature Wagyu steaks, dry-aged seafood, specialty cocktails, and a robust wine list. The upstairs bar and patio will host a casual happy hour daily from 3:00 to 5:30 pm, while the main dining rooms will offer a fine-dining experience.

The venue will join the brand’s flagship location on South Pearl Street, which opened in March 2022. The restaurant has received multiple accolades, including the 2024 and 2025 Diners’ Choice Awards, the People’s Choice Award at the Denver RARE Competition 2024 for Best Steak with the Champion Filet, and Best Seafood in 2023 for the Triple Combo Sashimi.
