Love lobster? Well then, you’re in for a treat! Cousins Maine Lobster is coming to Denver in early 2022.
Cousins Maine Lobster has restaurants and food trucks across the country and also offers overnight shipping options for fresh lobster, crab, and entrees.
There is no word yet on a specific location, but according to the Cousins Maine Lobster website, a food truck will open soon to provide Denver diners with an array of lobster dishes.
The Denver menu will include lobster rolls, New England clam chowder, and lobster bisque. Lobster grilled cheese on Texas toast, lobster or shrimp tacos, and lobster quesadillas are sure to satisfy Denver diners’ desires for fresh seafood.
Denver franchisee Kelly Rogowski did not have a confirmed grand opening date, yet, and there is no word on a specific location for the food truck. Cousins Maine Lobster will keep future diners up-to-date on the opening and food truck events via the Facebook page.
